The health myth that just won’t go away

Yes, is just a myth. No, there’s no scientific evidence that we need to drink 8 glasses of water per day. Like E. Carroll says, “Most of this quantity is contained in prepared foods.. Water is present in fruits and vegetables. It’s in juice, it’s in beer, it’s even in tea and coffee“.


And for non-believers: Just check the meta-analysis published in the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare publication on June 2012, where they state the above paragraph.
